I started the gym again about 10 weeks, and although it is still early days I really appreciate the commitment I currently have. I had stopped gym because I was recovering from aa shoulder operation and also had “poor time and money management”. The great workouts, HIIT routines, and continuous reps have designed a mind willing to stay focused and committed to the cause. Exercise and gym have the ability to transform your mind, body and willpower. It gives you self-confidence, improved self-esteem and a resilience that you may not have had before. I would advocate that if you need motivation and a personal transformation inside and out, regular exercise is the way forward. Watch this video to find out my insights so far!
