1. Executive Summary
This proposal outlines a professional mentoring partnership between the service provider, Michael Tabirade, and the prospect enquiring about mentoring services. It is designed to support the ambitious professional wanting to develop an independent and flourishing portfolio career i.e. a career that you create as opposed to follow. The programme will utilise a strategic and structured mentorship approach, applying experience, proven frameworks in Leadership & Management, career design, consulting, personal brand monetisation, and business execution.
The intention of this partnership is to help the client:
- clarify their professional direction and value proposition,
- identify sustainable income from multiple career strands,
- transition into or scale as an independent professional.
This engagement centres on a bespoke mentorship journey specifically tailored to the client’s goals, strengths, experience, market positioning, and lifestyle; however the mentor’s proprietary 9Cs Framework will act as the ‘framer’ for the mentorship.
2. Scope
In Scope
The mentorship includes:
- Portfolio Career Strategy: Clarifying core work identity, services, market positioning, pricing, and demand generation strategy.
- Career Transition & Consulting Readiness: Options analysis, risk mitigation, contracting guidance (if relevant), and credibility building.
- Personal Brand & Authority Positioning: Messaging, content strategy, reputation building, thought leadership.
- Income System Design: Structuring multiple streams (consulting, coaching, products, speaking, advisory, etc.).
- Accountability & Structured Goal Execution: Performance tracking, action logs, practical milestones, and strategic reflection.
- Tools & Frameworks: Access to proprietary resources (e.g., Life Navigation System, PAR model, 9Cs framework, Offer Clarity Canvas, income calculators).
Out of Scope
The mentorship does not include:
- Done-for-you content creation or marketing execution (e.g., writing posts, editing videos).
- Legal, tax, or investment advice (specialists may be signposted).
- Guaranteed employment, contracts, commissions, or results.
- Business management services beyond strategic guidance (e.g., VA recruitment, admin setup).
- Therapy, counselling, or psychological services.

7. Investment & Payment Terms
Programme Duration:
Mentorship runs for a minimum of 3 months and depends on the model that the client agrees to take. If the client simply wants an advisory service, monthly sessions make sense. If the client wants a more aggressive service, bi-weekly sessions make sense as there is enough time to take action whilst facilitating a healthy dose of momentum.
Total Investment:
£900 – 3 x Monthly sessions
£1500 – 6 x bi-weekly sessions
Payment Options:
- Full Payment: As can be seen above
- Split Payment: 2 scheduled instalments
Includes:
- Sessions, resources, support, and deliverables stated above.
- All prices include VAT.
8. Contractual Terms
- Commitment: Both parties agree to engage professionally, respectfully, integrally and consistently.
- Cancellations: 48-hour notice required to reschedule sessions; otherwise counted as used.
- Confidentiality: All shared personal and business information remains confidential.
- Recordings: Sessions will be recorded for analysis, action note taking and sharing with the client
- Testimonials and Feedback: The Mentor will request testimonials and feedback with is crucial to their development
- No Guarantees: Mentorship supports execution but does not guarantee financial results, employment, or business outcomes.
- Intellectual Property: Tools and resources are for personal use only and not to be shared or commercialised without permission.
- Access Boundaries: Support access (voice/message) remains within agreed working days/hours and excludes holidays unless agreed otherwise.
